Math Week 3

We've now covered the Pythagorean Theorem and touched on angle relationships.  This week is the beginning of our work in the x,y plane, or the Cartesian plane.  Our basic skills sheet covers plotting lines in slope-intercept form, and can be found on the resource page or here:

In addition to our basic skill building, there is a challenge sheet for students to build their skills for more complex applications.  This sheet can also be found on the resources page, or downloaded here:

The basic skills sheet, with work, is due by Friday Sept. 14th, and should be placed in the turn in bin in class.  

Students are expected to attempt a minimum of 10 challenge questions.  Extra credit will be awarded to students who complete challenge questions in addition to the 10 that are expected.
