Hi all. It's been great to see all of your enthusiasm for Chemistry. So far, we've taken the necessary measures to prepare for the upcoming tests in the Spring, whether it be the SAT or AP exams.
To recap, here's what we've done so far:
For the SAT test preparation students, we are currently waiting on our books to prepare. (Barron's SAT Subject Test for Chemistry 11th Ed.)
For the AP test preparation students, we have decisions to make. The AP exam has been changed, and no preparatory books adequately cover the material that will be on the test. We will have to decide to use an outdated book that can provide the content, but not the test preparation, or we can wait for the Kaplan book that is scheduled to be released in January (assuming that it is sufficiently updated)

To recap, here's what we've done so far:
- We've decided on meeting times - Tuesdays at lunch in Andrew Lerario's room and Thursdays after school in Daisy Sharrock's room.
- Chris White (our college counselor) spoke to us about the differences and implications of each test in relation to our college applications.
- We've divided into two factions, one to prepare for the AP exam and one to prepare for the SAT exam.
